I am glad that Pink chose to incorporate gratitude into the portfolio. I think that people, including me, should be more thankful for what they have and stop wanting more and more. We all need to take time to treasure the gifts that we already have. So one of the activities I did for this portfolio was a gratitude list and here it is in no particular order.

I also did the 20-10 test where you ask yourself if you would still be doing what you are doing if you had $20 million in the bank and knew that you had no more than ten years to live. My response was, heck no!! I would be traveling the world and spending more time doing things that I enjoyed and gave me meaning and fulfillment.
I tried to find a labyrinth in Colorado but it could no locate ANY!! I really wanted to do one but that is ok. I will put it on my list of things to do in life.
I also did the measure your spirit quizzes, just for fun, and my result for the first on called Aspires, spirituality transcendence scale was a thirty-eight which means that it is higher than most and I have a strong spiritual transcendence orientation. It said that I am concerned with living a life that is in accord with values and meanings that originate with some larger understanding of the purpose of the universe. It also mentioned that I tend to see life in terms of "both and" rather than "either or"
I did the other quiz too and here are my results from that one titled Inspirit.

Your InSpirit score was: 24
Your Well-Being score was: 5.5
